Getting started
What TraderCap is and how the program works.
What is TraderCap?
TraderCap is a funded trader evaluation platform built for Indian markets. You pay a one-time fee for a simulated evaluation account, trade it under clear risk rules, and participants who pass may become eligible for performance rewards under a separate Funded Trader Agreement. Most participants do not pass and lose their fee.
What is a prop firm or funded account?
The term usually describes programs where traders complete an evaluation under fixed risk rules before becoming eligible for a further stage. On TraderCap, every account is simulated. No real securities are bought or sold, and no capital is allocated to you.
Do I need a demat or broker account?
No. Everything happens inside the TraderCap platform. You do not need a demat account, broker login or trading margin.
Who can join?
Anyone aged 18 or older can take an evaluation. To receive performance rewards you need a valid PAN, an Indian bank account in your own name and successful KYC verification.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The free trial gives you a 14-day simulated account with the same platform, instruments and risk rules, so you can get comfortable before buying an evaluation. Trial accounts are not eligible for rewards.
How long does an evaluation take?
There is no time limit. The fastest path is the 1-Step Evaluation: hit the 10% target with at least 3 trading days and could finish in about a week. Most participants do not pass.
